Mentoring Minds Partners with Clever to Offer Single Sign-on Access to Its Supplemental Resources
School Districts Across the Country Can Now Access Mentoring Minds’ Award-Winning Materials Through One, Easy-to-Use, Personalized Login
BOSTON – August 20, 2019 – Mentoring Minds, a leading publisher of K-12 supplemental materials, has announced a strategic partnership with single sign-on (SSO) innovator, Clever, Inc. The collaboration will allow schools connected with Clever to easily access Mentoring Minds’ award-winning materials through their existing login credentials, with no need for any additional set-up.
Mentoring Minds recently launched a new and robust digital platform that delivers its supplemental curriculum materials to educators in order to help them incorporate critical thinking development into their classrooms. These materials are now easily accessible through Clever’s SSO Portal, eliminating the need for time-consuming teacher and student set-up and managing user credentials.
“Time is a precious commodity in a classroom and we want to enable educators to devote their time to elevating positive teaching and learning outcomes rather than managing multiple logins and passwords,” said Shad Madsen, CEO, Mentoring Minds. “We are excited to partner with Clever in order to provide a seamless experience with the school learning environment.”
Already used by more than 55 percent of U.S. K-12 schools, Clever brings all applications into one secure portal and provides SSO for everyone in the district. Districts use the IMS OneRoster, standard with Clever’s SecureSync, to easily roster classroom accounts. Clever’s simple data rules ensure the right users, classes or grades get access to the right resource.
“Mentoring Minds is committed to putting critical thinking at the center of the classroom, and with our expanded partnership to support rostering and single-sign on, Clever will provide students and teachers with a safer and easier way to access these resources,” said Rob Prior, head of customer success at Clever.
