Mentoring Minds Response to COVID-19

We understand that it’s a stressful time as COVID-19 impacts communities across the country. We know that the education community is doing everything they can to resolve challenges that stem from school closings and public health concerns, while still prioritizing learning.

With this in mind, we’d like to share the proactive measures our team has taken to support your campus over the coming weeks.

  • The Mentoring Minds workforce will work remotely, effective immediately and until further notice. We have advised our team to take precautionary measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authority regulations.
  • We will continue regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT and you can contact us via email, phone, or online chat support. Mentoring Minds team members are equipped with the tools and technology needed to be successful during remote work.
  • We will not be visiting our customers onsite. Your Account Executive will be following up with you soon to reschedule any visits already on the calendar.

It’s important to us that your teachers and students are able to access our content and product support in this unusual time. We are in the process of developing some creative solutions with our partners, and we will share another update soon.
