Customer Success Team Expanded to Provide Year-Round Implementation Support
Today, Mentoring Minds is announcing the expansion of our Customer Success team to better support customers all school year long as they implement our award-winning curriculum, Total Motivation, and extensive catalog of educator resources and professional development sessions.
Since educator Michael Lujan founded the company in 2002, Mentoring Minds has created products that help teachers spend less time prepping and more time on high-quality instruction. Our mission has been to provide not only the resources that equip educators to teach the standards and instill critical thinking skills, but also the support they need to implement those resources. Now, we’re taking this mission further by expanding our Customer Success team and introducing the role of Customer Success Manager.
Customer Success Managers will work with schools to understand their needs and goals, then equip them to integrate Total Motivation into their scope and sequence and instructional plans. This designated Customer Success Manager will coordinate support and help customers:
- Get started. We’ll help customers set up classrooms with Total Motivation, activate online licenses, and orient teachers to best practices and available resources.
- Get trained. We’ll provide free resources aligned to school needs and the intended implementation scenario, such as webinars with CEU credit, user guides, and one-on-one consults with an Instructional Support Specialist.
- Get customized. We’ll guide customers through options to customize instructional support or professional development offerings to provide ongoing training for schools and districts.
- Get connected. The Customer Success Manager serves as a dedicated point person throughout the year, providing ongoing support to ensure school success.
