Last spring, we announced our plan for helping districts and schools keep learning moving forward. Today—in response to unprecedented demand and rapid adoption of online solutions—we’re here to announce the expansion of our Customer Success team.
The Customer Success team’s primary functions are to:
- Develop and manage a 360-degree view of each customer’s status from onboarding and training, to implementation and student success
- Resolve concerns or roadblocks in fully leveraging the rigorous curriculum and tools within ThinkUp! Standards Mastery System
- Address and respond to ever-changing learning needs—especially as educators are adjusting to new learning environments
