Product Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know and we will make it right. Call our Customer Service team for a prompt refund or exchange at (800) 585-5258 or email [email protected]. We are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please take note of the following guidelines:
- Returns must be preapproved and include a copy of a Return Authorization Form. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 for approval and return shipping labels.
- Returns must be received within 6 months of the invoice date
- Products must be in new or unused condition
- Products with minimum quantity requirements must maintain minimum quantities
- If returning products written for specific standards, they must not be out of date
- Mentoring Minds will cover shipping costs related to your return or exchange

4 Ways to Place an Order
Mentoring Minds offers four easy ways to place your order: order online, download an order form and return it via email/fax/mail, submit a purchase order, or give us a call and talk to customer service representative.
Order Online
Browse our products online and add items to your Cart. Once you click Checkout, you can enter your information, select your payment method, and click Place Order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.

Online: To submit a PO online, select Purchase Order as your payment method in Checkout. Enter your PO number and upload your PO to complete your purchase. A PO number without an accompanying PO document is not valid as a form of payment. Be sure to view our shipping rates and include shipping in your PO total since shipping is not included in the cost of our products.Talk to Customer Service

Payment Methods and Invoices
You can make a payment using a credit card, purchase order, or check. To receive tax-exempt status, your form of payment must be issued by a tax-exempt organization (e.g., school or school district).
Forms of Payment
Credit Card. You may pay with a credit card online, over the phone, or via fax, email, or mail. For security, we recommend that credit card payments are handled over the phone or online at the time you place your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. When paying with a credit card online, click Submit only once. Billing information, including the billing address, must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Official Purchase Order (PO). We accept official POs via fax, email, or mail. A copy of the official PO is required before we can begin processing your order. Make sure to refer to our shipping rates and include shipping costs on your PO. If you have received a quote, please include the Quote number on your PO, also. You can upload your PO online during checkout or send via email, fax, or mail. Read more about the 4 ways to place your order.
Check. We accept personal or business checks by mail. Download an order form and send your check along with the completed form to Mentoring Minds, P.O. Box 8843, Tyler, Texas, 75711-8843. Your order will ship once we receive your check.
W-9 & Tax Exempt Forms
W-9 paperwork is available upon request.
We honor tax-exempt status only when payment is issued by tax-exempt entities (e.g., school or school district). Take advantage of tax savings by purchasing through your organization rather than with personal checks or credit cards. Contact Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 with any questions about tax-exempt forms or payments.

Invoices
Invoices are not included with your shipment. For credit card and online orders, a paid invoice will be emailed to you for your records.
For purchase orders, invoices are mailed directly to the billing address or emailed to the accounts payable address at the time that the order ships. If you would like to receive your invoice or statements via email, please email [email protected] and provide the email address and the school or district name the invoices should be sent to.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Handling Rates
Our shipping and handling rate is 10% of the order subtotal for orders shipping inside the continental United States.
For customers outside of the continental United States, please call Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 or access Live Chat on the side of your screen during business hours (8–5 CT, Monday–Friday). We will calculate the exact shipping and handling rates for your location.
Delivery Time Frames
Depending on your location, the delivery time frame for in-stock items is 7–14 business days from the date we receive your order. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Tracking numbers are emailed to the invoice contact when the order ships or are available upon request. Deliveries require a signature. Special shipping arrangements are made for large orders.

As you evaluate how our resources can support your school or district needs, we can provide product samples and quotes that will help in your decision-making process.
Product Samples
School or district administrators can request complimentary samples or preview copies of many of our products for evaluation purposes. The number of samples per person or school may be limited. Preview copies are not for instructional use and are not to be sold, copied, or duplicated. Not all products are available for sampling. All rights reserved.

Quotes
We know that a quote is a key tool in your evaluation process. You are under no obligation to purchase after building or receiving a quote. There are two ways to get a quote: build a quote online or request a quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
If you decide to build a quote online, you can save it to your account, email it to a colleague, or print it for your records. When you are ready to purchase, you can load your saved quote and choose to complete your purchase online or send the online quote directly to your rep to complete the purchase offline.

Bulk Rates, Minimums, and Other Product Q’s
Bulk rates and minimum quantities apply to many of our products. Making copies of our products is illegal, though we do have a wealth of free resources that we encourage you to use and share. Read more about discounts, minimums, and other common purchasing topics below.

Discounts & Bulk Rates
We do not offer coupons or discounts through third-party websites, social media, or print advertisements.
We do offer bulk rates for many of our products, which you can find listed on individual product pages on our website or in our catalog. Bulk pricing allows you to mix and match products within the following product types to maximize your savings: Total Motivation™, Motivation Assessments, compact guides, wheels, and flip charts. If you place your order online, bulk rates will be applied automatically in your Cart before Checkout based on quantities ordered.
For large quantities that exceed the quantity price breaks that are listed, call Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 for pricing.
Minimum Quantities
For Total Motivation, the minimum quantity is 25 Student Editions per subject and level. For every 25 Student Editions purchased, one Teacher Edition is included at no cost. An additional Teacher Edition can be purchased for every 25 Student Editions, resulting in a maximum ratio of 2 Teacher Editions to 25 Student Editions (2:25). The Teacher Edition is designed to be used in conjunction with the Student Edition and is not available for individual purchase.
Note: Each Total Motivation Student and Teacher Edition includes 1-to-1 licensing: both a print edition and a digital license for the applicable school year. Learn more about how to access Total Motivation online.
For Motivation Assessments and ¡Escribir como Estrellas!, the minimum quantity is 10 print editions or 10 online licenses for the applicable school year. One teacher key is included at no cost with every 10 items purchased.
Minimum quantities do not apply to purchases of flip charts, guides, wheels, vocabulary cards, and other non-consumable products.
Wholesale & Distribution
We are a sole-source company. This means that we do not sell to anyone who has the intent to resell our products.
Our products are intended to be used by educational entities, but we do sell some products to non-educational entities. Explore these products online or call Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 if you have questions about purchasing as a non-educator.
Copies & Duplicates
All Mentoring Minds products are copyright protected. Copying and/or duplicating products or their contents is illegal and strictly prohibited without prior written consent. You can find copyright information near the front or back inside pages of each product.
However, we do offer a number of free downloadable resources for classroom teachers, blog articles geared toward educators, and white papers on everything from walkthroughs to technology tips. Please feel free to share these resources with your colleagues, use them to spur conversations with your PLC, or copy and distribute to your classroom.
Levels vs. Grades
For all Mentoring Minds products, levels are equivalent to grades. For example, Total Motivation Math Level 2 addresses 2nd grade content.
