Product Guarantee

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • Returns must be preapproved and include a copy of a Return Authorization Form. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 for approval and return shipping labels.
  • Returns must be received within 90 days of the invoice date
  • Products must be in new or unused condition
  • Products with minimum quantity requirements must maintain minimum quantities
  • If returning products written for specific standards, they must not be out of date
  • Mentoring Minds will cover shipping costs related to your return or exchange
  • Shipping costs for the original order non-refundable and a re-stocking fee will apply
