Shipping & Handling Rates

Our shipping and handling rate is 10% of the order subtotal for orders shipping inside the continental United States.

For customers outside of the continental United States, please call Customer Service at (800) 585-5258 or access Live Chat on the side of your screen during business hours (8–5 CT, Monday–Friday). We will calculate the exact shipping and handling rates for your location.

Delivery Time Frames

Depending on your location, the delivery time frame for in-stock items is 7–14 business days from the date we receive your order. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Tracking numbers are emailed to the invoice contact when the order ships or are available upon request. Deliveries require a signature. Special shipping arrangements are made for large orders.
