At Mentoring Minds, Shad manages the money and the operations of the business. He cultivated his discipline, focus, and love for numbers at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and later earned his MBA at the University of Texas. After serving in the Army, he spent time at Boeing and Sabre before joining Mentoring Minds. Shad admits that he used to have hobbies, but they’ve been displaced by three wonderful kids and their activities.
