Teacher Toolbox for Texas was designed to support differentiated instruction by giving teachers quick access to materials aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for students performing on, below, and above grade level. Teacher Toolbox for Texas is a digital collection from which teachers can draw relevant, TEKS-based resources to introduce or reteach concepts or help students learn prerequisite skills from earlier grades. Teacher Toolbox for Texas is also where you'll access ThinkUp! PDF content and our Benchmark Assessments. The content can be printed, downloaded, or assigned via Google Classroom!
In addition to the ThinkUp! Teacher and Student Guide, digital customers receive PDFs of Mentoring Minds’ Benchmark Assessments for Math, Science, and Reading. Boost student confidence and expose students to the rigor, format, and structure of STAAR. These Benchmark Assessments help teachers identify individual student learning gaps so they can more accurately guide instruction.
